Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at eightjabril@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item. Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Preorder cancellations are not accepted once production has begun. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
